Service Description
You can exercise not only on land. SUP Fit is training on paddleboards. The physical exercises performed during it not only strengthen the body's muscles, cardiovascular system, but also improve balance and tighten deep muscles. When performing exercises on water, the body does not have a completely stable base, therefore, during SUP Fit training, the muscles work at full capacity, more calories are burned, endurance, posture and coordination are improved. Training takes place in small groups. A discount is applied when purchasing a package of several training sessions.
