SUP Fit
You can exercise not only on land. SUP Fit is training on paddleboards. The physical exercises performed during it not only strengthen the body's muscles, cardiovascular system, but also improve balance and tighten deep muscles. When performing exercises on water, the body does not have a completely stable base, so during SUP Fit training, the muscles work at full capacity, more calories are burned, endurance, posture and coordination are improved. Much attention is paid to breathing. It perfectly relaxes the mind and thoughts, strengthens the body, gives grace, improves flexibility and coordination.

The training sessions are led by certified fitness trainers who also have globally recognized paddleboard instructor and lifeguard certificates (ASI, ISA). So, you will not only perform fitness exercises safely and correctly, but you will also get a workout while rowing, using all the muscles of your body. Participants do not need to have experience in paddleboarding, but beginners are invited to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the training session so that you can listen to the briefing and get acquainted with the principles of correct rowing.
Training takes place in small groups.
Duration - 1 hour.
Prices: 1 time - 20 Eur per person. Discount applies when purchasing a package of several training sessions. Prices for individual lessons: 1 person - 45 Eur, 2 people - 70 Eur, 3 and more people - 20 Eur / person. Individual training sessions take place by appointment with the instructors.
